Just booked our 3rd holiday in a row with Ingram’s. Each time I’ve found the booking process to be extremely efficient, the resorts are fantastic (particularly for families) and the hotels are excellent each time. Organising the transfers has also been good and the ski passes, hire etc has always been easy. I’d highly recommend and can’t praise them enough. Can’t wait for our next adventure!

Third trip with Inghams in the last year. Reps are always friendly and happy to help. Andorra was a lovely place to ski. Excellent instructors, quiet slopes and good food at great prices. The friendliest ski resort we've ever visited. Hotel was a little old fashioned but conveniently close to the gondola. The staff were friendly and chatty and this made up for any shortfall in facilities. Our rep, Amanda, was on WhatsApp whenever we needed. She took this to another level by skiing down to the medical centre to sit with me when my son had an accident. We really appreciated this very kind gesture.

Arinsal is a lovely quiet ski location. The hotel was great and the local Inghams rep Amanda was extremely helpful

Had a great ski holiday in Andorra with Inghams. Amanda our rep was incredibly helpful and always went the extra mile. Hotel was nice, food was great. Thank you we would book with Inghams again!

Transfer from Airport to Resort was smooth. Rep was available to contact via WhatsApp which was handy. Amanda would reply messages promptly and would check up on us even though she wasn't onsite. Giving 4 starts only because the ski package wasn't flexible as the only option was a 6 days ski pass and 5 days ski school for a 7 nights holiday but we didn't want to ski for all 6 days so I had to go elsewhere to book for our ski package.

Great service and communication, made the holiday a lot more enjoyable.

Our first time skiing as a family, everything went smoothly from arriving and being met by our friendly rep Amanda to getting our ski equipment and tuition.
Amanda set up a WhatsApp group and kept us well informed throughout the week. She met us on our first day on the slopes to make sure we were in the correct ski group. In fairness, nothing was too much trouble for Amanda. The Hotel Magic Massana was great too, rooms large and comfortable and a wide choice of food at both breakfast and evening meal. Looking forward to returning at the end of the year!

Inghams as a tour operator was OK. Lots of chasing as normal when I had questions.
The rep in a Andorra though was fab. She was very helpful during our stay and answered lots of my queries.

If you have any issues in resort there is no help to resolve them. You’re promised calls and then no-one gets in touch. This situation very easily spoils your holiday & experience. Once home, the lack of contact is the same. I certainly would not use Inghams again to travel with.

The second time I have booked with Inghams. Again they have been great. I had to change and amend my second passenger details twice on my booking and within only a few days before we go to Yllas, Finland. Clarrie, who was dealing with me about amending my booking for a second time, was very understanding and re assured me that it wasn’t a problem. Inghams did not even charge me the £25:00 amendment fee, which they had a perfect right to do so.
I,m very grateful, and must say that dealing with Inghams has been great. Thank you.

Smooth travel and transfer to the resort. In resort rep very helpful and knowledgeable. Holiday value for money. Would recommend. Skiing was pretty good for the week.

Our Inghams rep - Amanda, was on hand from the moment we entered the Barcelona Airport to the time we checked in for our return flight.
Full of information, friendly and kept in contact throughout the holiday. Although Amanda had only been in Andorra a few days due to relocation, she had obviously put in the effort to be up to speed on all the information we would need ahead of arrival. For anything she wasn't sure of, it appeared to be no trouble to go and find out for us.
The transfers from Airport to resort was comfortable and timely and the same could be said for the return.
I cannot fault Inghams from the experience myself and my family had on our Ski holiday to Andorra.

From beginning to end, a first-rate experience for our holiday. Our rep Manda was brilliant! Will definitely book with Inghamsxagain!

From start to finnish our holiday has been amazing from being on the plane when Santa dropped on the plane to guide us in to lapland at the airport we was greeted by our rep who was called Matt and he was amazing the biggest smile and couldn't do enough for us he made our holiday extra special and we are so lucky to of met him. He's a credit to inghams. Thank you for the best week.

The whole thing was so well organised from start to finish. the reps went above and beyond to make it a Santa Break to remember for kids and adults alike.
Would definately book with them again for a winter holiday.
